The ZK-ZL series high-efficiency industrial electrostatic fume purifier is designed to achieve true low-altitude emission, with no visible or minimal oil mist at the discharge outlet, meeting environmental emission standards. It features low wind resistance, low noise, and high purification efficiency. The modular, split-type combination structure facilitates easy installation, disassembly, maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep.
Working Principle
Oil fume waste gas discharged from the production workshop enters the industrial fume purifier. First, large oil droplets are removed by a front baffle and flow into an oil tank due to gravity. The remaining small particulate pollutants then enter the high-voltage electrostatic ionization zone. Here, strong electric fields charge the fine particles, turning them into charged ionic particles, achieving preliminary separation and purification.
Once the charged ionic particles reach the plate adsorption zone, they are immediately adsorbed. The oil droplets then flow back to the bottom oil collection basin under vertical gravity. After multi-stage treatment, the purified gas meets environmental requirements or pre-treatment design standards.
