Product Overview
The Activated Carbon Adsorption Box is a widely used air purification device designed for the treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), odors, and harmful gases in industrial exhaust systems. It uses high-quality activated carbon as the adsorption medium, which has a large specific surface area and strong adsorption capacity, allowing it to effectively capture and remove organic pollutants from contaminated air streams.
The equipment features a compact structure, stable operation, and convenient maintenance. The adsorption unit can be manufactured from materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, or FRP depending on the working environment and gas characteristics. It is commonly used as a key component in industrial waste gas treatment systems.
Working Principle
During operation, exhaust gas enters the adsorption box and passes through multiple layers of activated carbon. Due to the highly porous structure of activated carbon, pollutants such as VOCs and odor molecules are physically adsorbed onto the surface and within the pores of the carbon particles.
As the gas flows through the carbon bed, harmful substances are gradually captured and retained by the activated carbon, while purified air is discharged through the outlet.
When the adsorption capacity of the carbon reaches saturation, the activated carbon can be replaced or regenerated to maintain continuous and efficient system operation.
