Centrifugal Blowers & Fans
1. Low noise, high air volume, and stable performance
2. Corrosion-resistant design for harsh industrial environments
3. Perfect matching with our scrubbers/collectors for optimized system efficiency
Product Overview
Centrifugal Blowers & Fans are widely used in industrial ventilation and environmental protection systems to transport air, exhaust gases, and process fumes. These fans are designed to provide stable airflow, high efficiency, and reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.
Our centrifugal fans are manufactured using high-quality materials such as PP, FRP, carbon steel, and stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. They are commonly used in combination with scrubbers, dust collectors, VOC treatment systems, and ventilation pipelines.
With optimized impeller design and advanced aerodynamic structure, the blower can deliver large air volume with low energy consumption and reduced noise levels.
Working Principle
The centrifugal blower operates by converting rotational kinetic energy into airflow pressure.
When the motor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed, air is drawn into the center of the impeller. Due to centrifugal force, the air is accelerated outward along the impeller blades and discharged through the outlet casing. This process increases both the air velocity and pressure, allowing the blower to efficiently transport gases through ducts, scrubbers, and filtration systems.
The fan casing is specially designed to guide airflow smoothly, reducing turbulence and improving overall efficiency.
